Submission Guidelines
The official language of the conference is English. We kindly ask that proposals be submitted to one of the strands.
For each submission, please prepare an abstract of up to one full page, including the title, references, tables, and figures (if applicable). You are encouraged to follow the provided template when preparing your abstract. The abstract should clearly outline the problem addressed, context, the significance of the study or example of good practice, objectives, methods, results, and a brief discussion with conclusions. We recommend using a 10-point Calibri font with single spacing for the main text, as abstracts will be printed in black and white in A5 format.
References should appear at the end of the main text and be formatted consistently in APA7 style. Please use the format (Author, year) when citing references in the text. For figures and tables, captions should be placed below figures and above tables. We suggest a resolution of at least 300 dpi for digital photographs.
Participants may submit up to three (3) abstracts, with the option of one oral and two poster presentations, or two oral and one poster presentation.
We kindly ask you to upload this document using the link received immediately after submission of the registration form. Please, do not submit abstracts by email.
