Conference fee for participants includes: participation in the scientific programme, conference materials, coffee breaks and lunches, conference dinner, welcome reception.

Conference fee for participants does not include: accommodation and transportation.

Please note, that all the bank charges or service charges are borne by the participant.
Cancellation policy
If a registered participant is unable to attend an event for any reason, the registration may be transferred to someone else from the same organization, subject to the organizer’s approval.
For the cancellation request received until 22nd of May, the full amount of the fee will be refunded, the bank transfer charge will be borne by the recipient.
For the cancellation request received after 23rd of May, no refund will be made.
